You Provide the Alcohol, We Pour It.
For most venues (including many wedding venues), couples are allowed to provide their own alcohol — and we handle the professional bar service.
You supply the alcohol. We handle everything else.
To make it easy, we provide every client with a planning spreadsheet that helps you estimate:

*We are able to obtain a one-day NYS liquor permit should your venue require it.

Do you provide alcohol?
Most clients provide their own alcohol and we handle the full service. We’ll guide you with our planning spreadsheet. Should we need to provide the alcohol Buffalo Bartenders, can pull a one-day liquor permit.
How many bartenders do I need?
Most events need roughly 1 bartender per 75 guests depending on bar style and service expectations.
Are you insured?
Yes — we are fully insured and TIPS certified.
