Buffalo Bartenders started during the pandemic, when a lot of couples had to rethink their wedding plans overnight. Friends I’d met over 20+ years behind the bar were suddenly moving their receptions to backyards and private homes — and they still wanted their day to feel special.
What began as a simple way to help friends turned into something bigger fast. One event became two… then every weekend was booked.
Today, Buffalo Bartenders has grown into a full event experience company, offering professional mobile bartending, event rentals, and new additions like the Shorty’s pizza oven — all built around the same goal: making it easy to host an unforgettable event anywhere.

Ron Griffin is the owner of Buffalo Bartenders, a premium mobile bartending and event experience company based in Western New York. Ron has worked in the restaurant and hospitality industry since 1998, building his career behind the bar everywhere from neighborhood corner dives to high-end restaurants and large-scale events.
With more than two decades of experience, Ron is known for bringing a rare mix of professionalism, creativity, and real-world event knowledge to every booking. His focus has always been simple: create a smooth, fun, stress-free experience for clients while delivering exceptional service for guests.
Buffalo Bartenders has grown from a small side project into one of Buffalo’s top-rated mobile bartending teams — now expanding into event rentals and signature experiences like the Buffalo POD.
